Here are the steps you need to do in order to disable Windows Server 2012 IE Enchanced security.

1. Open the Server Manager in Windows Server.
2. On the left menu, click Local Server.
3. At the right side of the of the Window,  click the IE Enchanced Security Configuration link.
4. In the new pop-up Internet Explorer Enchanced Security Configuration, change the setting to off for both Administrators and Users and click OK.
