Dear Valued Customers,
The health, wellness, and safety of our team and customers is always vServerCenter’s top priority. This memo provides information about the policies vServerCenter has in place regarding communicable health concerns, including the Corona virus COVID-19.
The vServerCenter team is prepared to work remotely should it become necessary and simultaneously maintain on-site coverage at our data center facility for an extended period should government-imposed restrictions occur. We also have protocols and policies in place should the need arise to support customers during any government-imposed event.
This matter is ever changing, and we are closely monitoring the situation as it evolves and will provide updates if necessary. vServerCenter's steadfast commitment to safety, security, and up-time of our data center facility remains resolute.
